Strategic and Community Partner Grants
Each year, the KLA Foundation invests in organizations that provide essential support to those in greatest need across the following programmatic areas:
- Educational programs and institutions with an emphasis on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
- Health & Wellness programs
- Local community enrichment programs
Strategic and Community Partner Grants are offered by invitation only.
Education Opportunity Fund
KLA Foundation’s Education Opportunity Fund helps organizations provide students in KLA’s operating communities with access to quality education. Our objective is to accelerate community-level efforts to enhance access to education for limited-income and/or under-resourced primary and secondary students.

Global Volunteer Month
Giving back is part of our culture at KLA and one of the things that unites employees in every region across the world. With support from our volunteer global KLA Foundation Ambassadors, each region is encouraged to organize one or more philanthropic activities that support their community.

Employee Resource Group Grants
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) aim to engage employees in KLA’s culture of inclusion. The KLA Foundation supports employee resource groups in developing partnerships with aligned community-based organizations. These grants are offered by invitation only.
